Not a diet

I can't diet - I can't. I have lost over 100 pounds and still managed to gain 50 of them back. I need a brain adjustment. So, I have bought the Beck Diet for Life. I am hopeful. I have also bought an elliptical machine, and two kettlebells. I am going to try, HARD to not make this a "January" whim.
